The BowShaker is a combination exercise product and percussion instrument designed to be used with your favorite tunes to improve strength, flexibility, endurance and fun to take the work out of your workout. It's basically a 3 pound shaker.
Shaped like a bow for ease of holding, the BowShaker is 3 feet long, 1.5 inches in diameter, and weighs 3 pounds. It separates easily into 3 sections for ease of transport, storage and to change up the workout.
